    Mata kuliah ini membahas tentang konsep memahami kekuatan diri dan konsep dasar membentuk karakter pemberi layanan kesehatan yang altruistik, memiliki sikap caring, empati, menerapkan komunikasi efektif, menyelesaikan masalah berbasis bukti yang mengedepankan pada aspek etik, praktis dan teori.

    Capaian Pembelajaran :

    Setelah menyelesaikan kursus ini peserta diharapkan memahami tentang konsep public speaking skills, therapeutic communication, healthcare ethics, excellence service in healthcare area, patient complaint, dan handling complaint.

    Public speaking memegang peran penting sebagai jembatan komunikasi antara petugas kesehatan dengan pasien, keluarga atau rekan sejawat dalam pemberian layanan kesehatan berupa Cure and Care secara holistik serta memastikan tersampaikannya informasi yang creadible, confidentitial, and accuntable. 

    Capaian Belajar :

    1. Peserta diharapkan mampu menguasai pemahaman tentang identifikasi diri sebagai tenaga kesehatan yang Profesional
