Dear Students and Participants

This is the last chapter of International Environmental Law (IEL) class. This focuses on the specific issue of IEL which is Waste. It covers of Principles and International regulation which are Basel Convention on the control of transboundary Movements of Hazardous wastes and their Disposal 1989 and Rotterdam Convention on The Prior Informed Consent Procedure for Certain Hazardous Chemicals and Pesticides in International Trade 1998.  Thank you.
