Sustainability Business and Environmental Law is an interdisciplinary course that examines the intersection of sustainable business practices, environmental governance, and legal frameworks from both international and Indonesian perspectives. The course equips students with a comprehensive understanding of how businesses, governments, and other stakeholders address environmental, social, and governance (ESG) challenges while complying with evolving legal and regulatory requirements. Through the integration of business, law, public policy, and sustainability principles, students develop the analytical and practical skills necessary to evaluate complex sustainability issues in contemporary organizations.
By the end of the course, students will be able to critically analyze sustainability-related legal and business issues, interpret relevant national and international regulatory frameworks, evaluate ESG strategies, and propose responsible business solutions that integrate environmental stewardship, social responsibility, and good governance.
